Crinoid Fossil Slab

This detailed slab preserves crinoid remains, including the flower like crowns and branching arms of these ancient marine animals, often called “sea lilies.” Crinoids flourished in Paleozoic seas, especially during the Mississippian Period, about 359–323 million years ago. The exact age and period of this specimen depend on where it was collected.
