Our Commitment:
We carefully inspect and package all items, including crystals, fossils, and gemstones, to ensure they arrive safely. Because each piece is unique and naturally formed, slight variations in color, size, or shape are normal and not considered defects.

Damaged or Lost Items:
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photos of the damaged item to process a replacement or refund.

Refunds:

  • Once your claim is approved, we will issue a full refund or replacement for damaged or lost items.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges:
Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges for size, color, or design differences.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Slightly imperfect or naturally varied crystals and fossils

  • Gift cards or digital products
